How your order reaches you, and what to do if you need to send it back.

Shipping

Orders currently ship from Ireland.

Brew 2 is in stock. Orders dispatch in 1–3 business days from Ireland.

We’ll send confirmation by email when your order is placed, and another update when your order is ready to dispatch.

If you need to return your order, please contact us first. We’ll provide the correct return instructions and return address.

Returns are currently handled from Ireland.

Please do not send returns to the registered address unless we specifically ask you to.

Taste is personal. If the brew you receive isn’t right for you, you don’t need to cancel.

If you’re on a subscription and your current brew isn’t a good fit, we’ll:

Pause your subscription
Let you try other NooTea brews at no extra cost
Resume your subscription only once you’ve found the brew you want to continue with
